Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Santa Chiara is surrounded by its own olive grove of centuries old olive trees. Each November we harvest the olives by hand and take them to the local 'Frantoio' or cold press to make them into extra virgin olive oil.
Guest are welcome to sample the oil and tins of varying sizes are available to buy.
Pizza Night
Once a week join us by the swimming pool for an authentic evening of pizza making*. Roll out your home made pizza dough, spread out the passata then select your toppings. Once ready your pizza will be cooked to perfection in our wood burning pizza oven. Afterwards sit back, relax and enjoy a scrumptious home made dessert and a glass or two of wine.

Home Cooked Meals
We offer an in house menu* with a wide range of freshly prepared home cooked dishes ranging from Italian family favourites, such as Lasagne and Cannelloni, right through to more sophisticated dishes, all ready to pop in your oven and enjoy. For the children we offer a full variety of meals that are freshly made, pre-cooked and can be heated quickly in the microwave.
